That happens with the projection hack.
Was busy the last few days, but today i had some time reading forum and testing around. Now the blur is minimal and only at certain places, so the game is enjoyable... yet i noticed at some cinematic the sound/music stutters and drops the fps down, although it only happens for 1-2 seconds then its normal, but sometimes it repeats itself. This is not a big problem though.
I don't want to read 40 pages.. So yeah gonna ask directly:
How is it possible to reduce that ugly blur effect? Not sure, why the developers even thought of doing that. I'm seriously annoyed and I really want to try this game out, since Tales Of the Abyss really really impressed me.
You can use a projection hack, but it will break some cutscenes and the main menu.
Hm... Maybe I could get used to it :/.
Tales of the Abyss is way better. This game is too kiddy fur mich
Well. I would prefer Tales Of The Abyss. But I don't have a 3DS + the PS2 emulator suddenly crashes when I play that game...
Any reason, why the FPS drop in the field?
If you're referring to why it drops to 30FPS then that's because it is designed to run at 30FPS on the world map.

From what I've seen in this game now (Played for like 3 hours now altogether)... It's NOT childish. Random people don't die in a childish game. I mean they wanted to hung up a random character in the game. Put on a whole village on fire... Etc.
The graphics may be a little more leaning to that side. But it doesn't mean that the game itself is childish, hell no...
