Okay, so I have NO IDEA if I'm posting in the right place and if I am not, please redirect me and I'll be out of here.

I wanted to know if this game is netplay supported. I've received conflicting reports.

I've been attempting to get it working for the last few hours with a friend of mine. I've overcome various FPS issues and already gotten through an issue that caused world map monster spawns to be different for each player. Now the world map spawns are sync'd, but the contents of the encounter are not (meaning I can start an encounter and both of us will be in a fight, but have different enemies). Combat is perfectly fine, everything else seems to be hunky dory. If we get the same encounter, then we are also absolutely fine, but this issue can and has stopped us cold.

So am I doing something wrong or is it just not possible at the moment. If it is impossible, what would it take to make it possible?
Netplaying this game is fine. CAn you give more information about the build you're using, how you're syncing up saves, the ISO MD5s from both user's isos?

Unnecessary. I tried it again literally ten minutes ago. I opened the thread to post that it decided to work today. No change.

For the record, I'm running the standard net play set-up with OpenGL because it plays nice with Symphonia.
Like I said, I can't help you wth netplay unless I know your exact setups and MD5s. I do pretty much all of the netplay testing here, so, I'll definitely help you if we can narrow down why you're desyncing.

Well, then I was back. Worked fine this morning in testing, now I'm having an issue where we are encountering differing monster groups again. I figured out he was running it on dual core last night and we thought this problem had been resolved.

Tell me exactly where to find the information you need and I'll grab it ASAP.

For the record, I'm running Dolphin 4.0.1 on Windows 8. I know he is running the same version of Dolphin. The only settings changes I've made from default are to put on OpenGL, disable dual core processing, and change my frame limit to 60 FPS.
>.>. Don't use 4.0 for netplay; use the latest dev builds.

Hey. A friend and I are trying to play this game through netplay, but we always desync once the opening scene ends and control of player is gained.
Any idea what's wrong? We turned off dualcore/cheats, our games have matching checksums, and we're using the latest dev build (4.0-5143).
The rest of our settings are vanilla. Thanks.
Did you sync memcards?

NickTM

No, I didn't know that was a feature.
How do you do it? Sorry for being a big nooblord.

Hello and first of all i am new to Dolphin emulator. I made all steps mentioned on the first page and game runs fine so far, but the screen is blurry. Created that gameINI to enable projection hack and now the buildings and all are fine, but the characters near are blurry, the ones who are far are not... like the screen would be seperated into two halfs and who is on the lower half is blurry. No clue what to do, so if anyone could help me, i would be greatful.
