I downloaded a new Dolphin and noticed the bottom screen flickered in my Wii games (not Gamecube games.) So I went back to my old Dolphin and noticed the same thing was now occurring. It's not XFB, it occurs with it enabled or disabled.
I'm not sure what is causing it. Any ideas?? V-sync causes it to not happen for brief moments, but it doesn't fix it.
Could it be a problem with my video driver?
EDIT: What this flickering looks like is a one-pixel line being added and removed from the bottom of my image rapidly.
Maybe, I suggest you to update to the latest Catalyst driver.
Probably, maybe a recent update, did you try reverting?

Which revision exactly? I tried 3.0-784 and didn't notice this.
I am sorry everyone, it only seems to be happening for one game. I tested a few others and haven't seen it.
Is there ANY reason why one game would stop working? I've used the 376 revision to play the game and have never experienced this. And my other games don't have it. What on Earth could it be?
It'd probably be very helpful to know the name of that one game and your Dolphin settings.
It's Little King Story. I've never had any problems with it in the past, and have been playing it on that revision with no problems.
I can tell you my settings as well, but like I said, not only do no other games have this problem, but Little King Story did not have this problem either.
Settings: Enable Dual Core, Enable Idle Skipping, JIT Recompiler, Lock Threads to Cores, DSP LLE, EuRGB60 Mode, 16:9 Asprect Ratio,
Graphics: Force 16:9, 2.5 resolution, 4 samples AA, Scaled EFB Copy, Frame Buffer Ignore Format Changes, EFB Copies Texture (should I make this RAM?), External Frame Buffer Disabled, Fast Mipmaps, Disabled Per-Pixel Depth.

Weren't Fast Mipmaps supposed to be suppressed in recent builds? Which build are you using exactly?

Where the hell did you see that?
EDIT: silly me yeah in his profile

.
So Fast Mipmaps are still there. If he had used a very recent build it might've been the cause of "the bug"
