I Dont know which Pc i should buy.
so i wanted to ask u guys which one of them has better performance.
INTEL i7 3770K 4x 4,5GHz (overclocked)
32Gb RAM
120 GB SSD and 2TB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX690 3D 4GB
or
AMD Bulldozer FX-8150 8-Core 4,8Ghz (overclocked)
32Gb RAM
120 GB SSD and 2TB HDD
ATI 2x Radeon HD7970 3GB
so Intel and Nvidia are the stronger one

First of all, GTX 660.
16GB RAM
I5 3570k.
That is so much overkill it is unbelievable.
Unless you need it for something besides dolphin?
Hell, at that cost you could buy an AMAZING laptop.
I need it for dolphin because multiplayer needs much more performance than single player.
I still play games like battlefield 3 or other games with high grafics.
recording some gameplay with Fraps takes also much performance when you record and play in 1080p.
photoshop and Sony vegas and magix to convert and edit movies and pictures.
and i want that this computer will work with new games in the future.
I dont want to buy a new one for the next 5 years

Alright.
Keep the I7.
Get a 680 w/ 4 GBs of VRAM.
16 GB DDR3 RAM.
Use the money you save to get a bigger SSD or something.

Alternatively, get a REALLY nice I7, the LGA 2011 ones.
Those are insanely future proof.
FX-8150 can't compete i3 2100 to begin with (Dolphin) . i5 2500k (without overclocking) will blow it away
Why i7 ? i5 3570k is much cheaper and far stronger than i5 2500k
i need the SSD only for some progs and my windows all other things are on my external or internal harddrive.
If i would play a game from SSD instead of the normal harddrive will it make a big difference ?

In most games, but in video editing the six-core I7 will make a larger difference.
IMO, either get a HUGE SSD or the six-core I7.
Don't waste money on a 690.
