Its curently 440 with one day left..who knows if it will end within your budget...

If you want to import from America I guess you will need to pay customs and tax fees which tend to be a lot

Yes, look at the cpu.
The top one's reserve price will be outside your budget.

The second one would be all right, but not excellent. I think it's the best one I've seen in your budget.
Second one has i5 460 cpu which is older ( and slower ) type but it has good graphics.
So I guess it would be great for pc games,but not for dolphin...

Buy a laptop with i7 cpu,because that mean it will be quad core

There are quad core i3s and i5s for laptops.
