That's nothing compared to some of the later conversations. They are more interesting.....but I'm not sure how I would feel about dumping them here. Werewolfy wants me to do it and apparently a couple of you guys are interested as well but it's still private info. Even though he will probably never see it and it will do no harm he MIGHT see it and it MIGHT hurt his feelings. So as a result there is a nagging feeling in my head that I shouldn't do it.
I was originally going to post the original conversation months ago and I even got the brothers express permission to do so but decided against it due to that same nagging feeling that it would be immoral. But now that all of this happened I figured it was ok for it to be released at this point.

*Random Facts About Ailments*
Even though I am now a hefty 6ft 5in tall and weighing around 270 when I was born I was 2 months premature due to my mother having lysteria and I weighed 4 pounds 10 ounces and was smaller than my father's hand. The doctor thought I was going to be mentally handicapped the rest of my life.

That is a heck of alot of patience you have.

Lysteria? I think you mean listeria (the genus of bacteria). It's not a disease, it can cause two different major types of inflammation in humans, miningitis (a lot more common) or sepsis. I really doubt your mother had miningitis so I'm going to ask for a further explanation.
I think I have figured it out. Sometimes when people are infected with listeria monocytogenes the condition is simply called "listeria" (when it shoudn't be since that's just the genus of the bacteria causing the condition, it doesn't make any sense to name the condition that). It is sometimes misspelled lysteria. The actual name of the condition is Listeriosis. And until you tell me otherwise I'm going to believe that this is what you are referring to.

Yeah, I didn't know it was a bacteria though. But yes, she had gotten sepsis and they had to give her an appendectomy to get me out(that's what she is saying, I didn't know/don't think they could do that to get a child out prematurely).

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. You must be missing some details. An appendectomy is to remove the appendix, I almost had one myself. So are you saying that she just happened to have appendicitis at the exact moment she was giving birth to you?

They cut around the area of her stomach and pulled me out so yep, c-section.Quote:Yeah, I didn't know it was a bacteria though.
