Weak GPU + Strong CPU -> Slowdown the CPU -> GPU bottleneck CPU
Strong GPU + Weak CPU -> Slowdown the GPU -> CPU bottleneck GPU

laptop
You can't replace it . Laptop GPU is soldered on the motherboard and it's not even a "graphic card"
Only heavy gaming laptop / workstation laptop have real "graphic card" which can be replaced

ok thank you very much for the info
If you want to play with Dolphin, you should get a whole new notebook (or better, a powerful desktop with Core i5-3570k, Z77MoBo and a decent GPU)
