It will be playable but don't expect too much
brawl works fine on a 2.33 720p. you should be fine if your turbo boost works

True, if you know a little about processors and know what you're doing but it's still terrible advice to give a newbie
personally, i look at clock speed, cache size, cores, turbo boost limit and other things i may be interested in such as 1st gen i7 turbo boosts one core, while sandy/ivy can turbo boost all. if i'm correct.
