I once saw a list elsewhere on the forums. I know it included Animal Crossing. That list was pretty old, but you could start there.
Might as well add some of these games to your list:

Bomberman Blast - No issues whatsoever
TimeSplitters 2 - No issues whatsoever (very light game too)
Super Smash Bros. Melee - Background music might drop on HLE audio but this doesn't happen enough to be annoying
LoZ:Four Swords Adventures - Minor texture transparency glitch, does not affect gameplay. HLE audio is perfect so far (some say it crashes on HLE, this has yet to happen to me though, ymmv).
Sonic Adventure 2:Battle - No issues whatsoever
Phantasy Star Online 1&2 - No major issues that I'm aware of, movies need special settings to play (check the wiki for details) but it's perfect otherwise

That's just off the top of my head for the games I've dumped so far (mostly GC titles).
Animal Crossing (both of them) are also extremely light and dont need LLE AFAIK.
ah yes! smash bros brawl works good too.

pokemon gale of darkness [can't really remember]
mario party 7

any others?

edit - you mean animal crossing and animal crossing city folk?
Yes both Anim Crossing and Animal Crossing: City Folk
So basically 4+ Star games as rated by the wiki, although some 4 stars have issues, isnt there a wiki page that shows all the games and can be sorted by stars

Actually brawls sound does get quite annoying with HLE XD
I use LLE when I play SSBB. Certainly better than HLE :3
actually, if you go to the wikki and click the table above stars, you can get a list Smile

but that isn't what i'm after

edit

@extreme,

it does? i dont have any issues. dont really like smash bros though
Just keep playing, you'll get tons of static XD
