Xenoblade would run either 25 or 30 fps because its locked to that,unless ofc framelimit is disabled.

Lemon,of the games you mentioned,I think only Metrod Prime wont run fullspeed.
His CPU wont turbo to 3.8 when using 3 threads. It wouldn't be fast enough for SMG2.

It will turbo to 3.7GHz on three cores, which is more than enough to run SMG2 well.
It will run well, but not full speed. Call me skeptical, but I don't think vbeam is going to lower the requirements of a game by 500 MHz.
The game will run fullspeed, just not all the time.
Many people play these games with barely to no overhead at all.
They don't mind losing 5FPS or so occasionally.

If the game runs at 60FPS at 3.7GHz, then that's the requirements for running this game, not 4.2GHz.
