Looks like a hacking (e.g. cheating?) tool that modifies values in memory, at least that's what I gather the Base Pointer Address implies. Usually you'd just use AR codes for this sort of stuff, but the tool looks like it can dynamically change values. Taking a guess, I say try running the game in Dolphin, hit the Scan button and play around with it.

i also scanned while the game running....
but nothing happend...
i don't know how to use it...

If the cheat is meant for the Japanese version it won't work with the European version.

the video says the trainer is for every versions....
only recommended thing is dolphin v3 emulator and net framework which i have....

Try using Dolphin 3.0 (3.0 without any additional numbers). The revision you have listed in your profile is old and unsupported, and the videos suggested using 3.0 and above. If that still doesn't work, look up Gecko codes, they should do roughly the same thing you want, mainly changing your players' stats and abilities.
you can't get trainers for emus can you?
trainers are things like press f3 for unlimited health on pc games.
the equivalent of that on emus are things like game genie or gameshark.
Edit, the trainer might just do the same thing as a code just to make it easier? Maybe if you just typed in the code yourself? I don't know if the emu supports cheats
