I was playing at 30 FPS until I got to Hyrule Field. Then my FPS dropped to 10 so I went and enabled ZTP hack and LLE Audio. Now nothing works and it crashes on startup.

Phenom X4 II 3.2
Dolphin 3.0-776

No. I'm saving through the game itself.
Uncheck DSP LLE on thread pls.
UPDATE: I reloaded all the default Dolphin settings. I enabled only ZTP and DSP LLE. Still 12-15 FPS in Hyrule Field and choppy music. Game is unplayable at this point.

Done. Still crashes on startup. It started happening after I changed something in the Properties.
What would be the best properties configuration?
Well the only thing that should be checked in Properties is ZTP Hack
12 FPS is unplayable even with ZTP hack and LLE. Guess I'll pick up the Gamecube version in a few months... when I feel like playing back to where I was.

Well you're pretty astute. HLE gave me 18 FPS. I can bear with that. Any suggestions on how I could get 20+? OC my CPU? Tweak something?

If you can bear graphical issues (the map for example) you can set EFB Copies to Texture.
And overclocking is also a good solution of course
