Hi everyone I'm new in the forums.
I'm a graphic designer student and also a gamer and I really want to play some Wind Waker (it's the only zelda game I haven't played o.O) and soon I'll be getting a new laptop, but I'm having a hard time to pick between these two and it would be great if you could help me out.

MacBook Pro 13"
-2.9GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz) with 4MB L3 cache
-8GB of 1600MHz DDR3 memory
-Intel HD Graphics 4000

or

Alienware MX14
-Intel Core i5 processor up to 3.1GHz with 3MB cache
-8GB memory
-2 GB DDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 650M with Optimus

Which one of these should I get?
mostly for Wind Waker and Metroid Prime 1 & 2

Thanks Smile
The alienware because it has a dedicated GPU, but don't expect to play those games at full speed.

Intel HD graphics 4000 can emulate games at 1x IR, so you might as well just play on your Wii in that case.
The Alienware beats the MBP handily in this case, but it's godawfully ugly by my standards. There are comparable ThinkPads and IdeaPads for cheaper, too.

Neither. They're both horribly overpriced for their specs.
Either Asus G55VW or Asus G75VW (i7 3610QM or i7 3720QM , Nvidia GTX 660M)

says the guy with the 3000 Dollar MacBook

As said before, the Asus ones are very good designed and fast Smile
2100€ not $3000 Wink
Because that is totally a reasonable price for something which would cost $800 from any other manufacturer.
