I downloaded build 1224 yesterday and didn't encounter these errors. are you sure you didn't copy the *user* folder from an earlier build? use a clean build and configure it from scratch.
Actually yes, I always do that because it has all my configurations.

Seems it was because I copied my User folder from my old dolphin that cause the cut scene music to be distorted, it's working fine now. Smile
