you gave me the idea to check it and it's 34 frames at 0.03 seconds per frame...the order is in clockwise.
nosound97's already explained it that a script reverses the order every so often

there is no script you moron(s). her direction is totally dependent on how your brain interprets it due to the ambiguity of the direction she is turning in (caused by lack of depth).
