Is there anyway to speed up this game? that is not by getting a better computer

my comp is a hplaptop,

8gigram

quad core i7

windows 7 64bit home

radeon hd6 series Graphics

Im not sure if this is enough to play, but if it theoretically is, what can i do to speed it up?
