How did you measure the transfer rate?
All you need is a bluetooth dongle that supports bluetooth 2.0/2.1

If you want to connect multiple wiimote , you should buy "class 1" BT dongle

don´t buy generic chinese BT, they suck too hard, they are slow and cut transfers when there are many connections
I forget is class 1 or class 3 reach farther?
