I was unable to find an independent thread on this, so sorry if this is a duplicate in some way.

I am working on a way to allow the GFX backend to be set on a per-game basis in the game ini's. So far I have looked at BootManager.cpp, which appears to read the game ini for certain config overrides at boot of the game. I assume that this would be the place to add support for such a setting, but I was wondering where in the code the backend is set? I can't seem to find it (even if it ends up being obvious).

No replies then?

I guess I'll just go scouring through the code myself if I can...

EDIT: oh, are you talking about DCP? I know vlakipn has been making his own.

Neobrain is not interested to do it. I have asked other devs as well. Most of them has no time atm.

@Axxer we have request posted on google code, so we just have to wait. Spamming wont help.

I didn't say "tell neobrain to do it" I said "ask neobrain". As in talk to him about it.

I was just planning on asking for help as to where in the code I should look (Core, Plugins, etc.). I'm not going to ask a dev to do it for me; that seems assinine.
