@AON3
Do they have a video card or not? Could you throw one in there?
One has an HD 4350, the other has nothing, as its HD 6950 was scrounged for a different system.

AGP or PCI-e?

If it has a pci-e slot you could still temporarily use one of your graphics cards for the test (assuming it has enough power). Does it have a pci-e slot?
Rig One:
Win XP 32
Intel® Pentium® D Processor 930 (4M Cache, 3.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)
HD 4350 (Probably PCIe, but maybe AGP. We bought the GPU years ago, and only go into the case to burn my hands on the HSF or clean out dust)
Rig Two:
Win Vista 32
Intel® Pentium® Processor E2200 (1M Cache, 2.20 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)
HD 5450, which I'd forgotten I'd put back in there
So they do both have a GPU, just not a great one.
The second one is a pentium dual core (core 2 duo based) not pentium D. I would like to see both benchmarked if you can. Hopefully they're both pci-e. It's pretty easy to check. AGP has 2 keystone pins missing while pci-e only has 1.
This reminds me that we never separated the 32 bit and 64 bit results. Which is kind of a big deal since there is a substantial performance difference between the two. I know it's a lot of work but Garteal would you be willing to do that?

Of course. I think the vast majority is benchmarked with the 64-bit build though.
I should've done that in the first place too. I'll go through all the results and check if there's any 32-bit benchmarks among them.
Personally I wouldn't even bother. If people choose to use a 32-Bit OS when they could be using a 64-Bit OS, they'll/we'll have to live with the results. Of course, if you want to make exceptions for this, I guess you're free to do so.
A 32-bit build is much slower, especially in The Wind Waker, so it'll affect the results.
I've found 2 posts (so far) that used a 32-bit OS and have marked this temporarily next to the result in the chart.
Edit: Alright, three new tabs for 32-bit build results have been made. 2 of Xalphenos' testings have been moved there.
*looks at results* my new test still isn't there >.>
