I promise you it's not actually 0.9-1.1v if it's overclocked as high as his is. It looks like CPUz doesn't like the new integrated VRM.
CPUz reads the voltage just fine since it was updated for Haswell. It shows the same voltage as my motherboard shows in BIOS and from Gigabyte's software.
