Sorry I'll do it tomorrow at 7:20PM (US Eastern). My parents took away my laptop tonight because I failed a quiz that was from April 9th (they get notifications, and think if the teachers put in a grade today I took that quiz today). Anyway, tomorrow I'll do what NV said and upload my benchmark results.
Why do I find these posts so entertaining?
About my last post, nvm, I had it backwards. The lines in question are supposed to be deleted from the .ini file, not added. Still, that leaves the question if all the PAL users changed the .ini manually like Garteal explained.
I used the default settings of the 64bit provided here.
Specs of the homebuildt pc:
OS: windows 7 ultimate 64bit
cpu:i7-3770k stock clock
gpu: gtx 680 4gb
ram: 16gb ddr3 1600mhz
Dolphin 3.0 64bit (didnt say if it was ntsc or pal)
Results:
Save A:
FPS: 62
VPS: 126
Speed: 210
Save B:
FPS: 48
VPS: 96
Speed: 160
Save C
FPS: 76
VPS: 151
Speed:251

I have already added your overclocked results to the list, but you're welcome to help keep the list up to date. You'll have to PM me your email though so I can make you a contributor.

Where can i see the scoreboard?
@Silithas
You should post your FPS/VPS/% above each screenshot. That way if the image is lost in the future people can still see your benchmark results.
For example:
First Save
60/120/200
(Screenshot Here)
Edit: Look at Garteal's signature.
Fixed

@Silithas
Your results are too slow compared to the i5 3570 , this is just wrong . I think you should optimize your OS a bit
Make sure there is no software/ antivirus or sth that interfere Dolphin performance
