If you've changed any settings, your results are invalid. You're just supposed download the build in the first post and load the game without touching any of the settings. You're using 3xIR and DX11, that's not consistent with what we're all doing here.
ok then i will redo it
Test Setup
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770k 4,7Ghz Overclocked
GPU: nVidia GTX Titan 1125/6100 Mhz Overclocked 314.22 Drivers
RAM: Patriot Viper 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz Ram
Dolphin 3.0 - 64-bit. NTSC DX9 16:9 forced 1920x1080
Save Game 1
Save Game 2
Save Game 3
I really doubt the result . There is no way i7 3770k @ 4.7GHz could be twice as fast as i5 3570k @ 5.0GHz
Dolphin is a dual core application , Dolphin doesn't support Hyper Threading
And since Zelda WW is a light-weight game . There is no way GTX Titan could bottleneck the CPU ( Save 1 : 3xIR - 97FPS , 1xIR - 192FPS ) . I tried drop down IR from 3xIR to 1xIR , there is almost no speed up
If a better GPU can give this much speed up in Dolphin then this CPU benchmark will fail

Btw , You still have many others graphic card , right ? Could you do me a favor ?
Switch your GTX titan to AMD 5770 or sth like that and then do the benchmark again
If you notice any slowdown (GTX Titan -> 5770) then this benchmark thread is not correct from the beginning . We may have to add graphic card models to the chart (along side with username and CPU)
Edit : Your 3xIR benchmark results seem to be valid . i7 3770K @ 4.7GHz is neck and neck with i5 3570K @ 4.8GHz , this does make sense . However , the 1xIR benchmark results are beyond ....our beliefs

i don't have other cards ATM
but i can use the iGPU

was a printscreen fail in paint when i pasted it xD
Could you test with igpu ? That's some very interesting results you got there...
Retested: Overclocked to 2.6GHz
AMD Llano A6-3400M - 2.6GHz
HD6650M
4GB RAM
Save 1: 2.6GHz 38/76/126 -

Save 2: 2.6GHz 29/59/98 -

Save 3: 2.6GHz 47/93/155 -

Save 3: 2.3GHz 40/81/135 - Old results
Not a bad little increase overall.

You're not lieng, you just pressed the printscreen key before the emulator had the chance to stabilize the fps. Wait for the game to load and stabilize the fps, and press printscreen after that, not before. Otherwise, your results will be affected. In other words: don't press the key too soon.
This is what happens if I press printscreen too soon in my rig.
