Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi guys, ive just booted up dolphin for the first time with mario kart double dash and the game screen goes black after the first two logos. Audio and video work fine for the first five seconds but then i get nothing after.

Im on a retina MBP using dolphin 3.00 for OSX.

Any ideas? I tried turning off OpenGL and running in software mode, but doing that i only get audio.

Sounds like a bad dump. Try redumping your game. Additionally, post your Dolphin settings either as text or screenshots. Click the Config button and look at the General tab. Click on Graphics button and look at the General, Enhancements and Hacks tabs. These are usually the most relevant settings we need to know.

If you keep pressing the "A" or "start" button after the logos, the game should proceed.
