I have recently tried playing Wind Waker, and I have gotten it set up it pretty nicely so far. It runs at a solid 30fps 95% of the time, and I rarely experience audio or graphical glitches. However, I do see some slow downs from time to time. Not in frame rate, as it stays the same during these slow downs, but it will slow down from time to time, and it can be jarring after only a small time playing. I was wondering if there are any settings that I should change, or if I should try another version. I am currently using the 64-bit 3.0 version.

My specs are:

Intel i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40Ghz
Nvidia GTX 560 ti @ 854/2050/1707 clocks
8GB of Ram (Unsure about speed and model)
Standard HDD (Not sure about make and model either)

My Dolphin Settings are listed here:

I have tried turning AA off, and it didn't really fix very much.
The 560 Ti is a pretty powerful card, but I think you should try turning VSync off, set IR to 4x and get rid of SSAA. The 4x IR, once scaled down to 1080p, should provide a very good level of AA and be faster. My 550 Ti can do these settings no problem, so this can help us find your problem if this doesn't fix the issue.
