I can't really think of anything that can be wrong.

What are your CPU and GPU loads at idle?

Use CPU-Z and GPU-Z (no task manager).

What do you CPU temps look like?

Can you check your GPU clocks while running the game as well?

That is all I can think of.

But make sure, you have a decent CPU cooler and a good thermal compound or else your CPU will overheat. While playing with Dolphin, check your temps with Coretemp.

After looking through my task manager and testing other games, I realized I accidentally got the 32 bit version, as opposed to the 64 bit. I... am quite ashamed for making that stupid mistake XD Thanks for the help though, everyone!

64-Bit is faster ^^ Well, 3-4 FPS more for him
