Both the CPU and GPU are very weak for Dolphin. You won't be happy with that notebook.

How do I set up the best? RE Remake runs very well ....

Like he said you wont get good enough speeds with that CPU but you could still try these settings

But keep in mind that RE games are very demanding
Use these speed settings. Any slowdowns using these settings is most likely the result of inadequate hardware, so there's not much you can do except upgrade your hardware.

The music in some RE games is messed up with HLE audio. LLE audio solves this problem for some RE games, but not all of them. Either way, it's not recommended that you use LLE audio (it'll slow down your computer, since it's weak) so you'll just have to deal with poor audio in some games.
