Yeah make a "normal" save. As if you wanted to stop playing on the real system. So save your game. Quit the game. Launch the game again. And load your save

OK. In your profile you wrote 3.0 . Are you using Dolphin 3.0 (official release) or 3.0-700 or something like that?
Try 3.0 or latest (3.0-7xx)
1- Use Dolphin 3.0
2- Don't use "Fix Item Hang" hack
3- Try with HLE/LLE
normally audio is working! but I need the "Fix Item Hang" becouse without it the game crashs...and when I enable the "fix item" audio doesn't work properly!
I try with doplhin 3.0 and with the last -7**...but nothing change.
maybe I have the wrong file! there somebody with working file that it's so kind sending them in my mail please?

But you're gonna try something :
1- Use Dolphin 3.0
2-
Don't use "Fix Item Hang" hack
3- Use HLE
4- Set FrameLimit to "Off" (Config/General)
5- Enable Audio Throttle (in Sound settings)
6-
Don't use any other specific setting
This is the first I have seen of a detrimental usage of the Fix Item Hang hack. So it is no longer recommended in 3.0? What are the consequences?

I don't say it isn't recommended to use it. You can use it or not.
I say I could finish Zelda WW with Dolphin 3.0 without using this hack any single time.
Why using a hack if you can do without it? Consequences? Avoiding bugs maybe
