I don't understand what's happening over there. You're saying that when you overclock your CPU to more than twice what its stock speed was that you get absolutely not speedup no matter what you do? No speedup what-so-ever at any increase in clock rate? Have you tried other games? Did you try some PC benchmarks? No performance increase?
okay so heres what happened i put to 2.8GHz slow speed raise it to 3.0GHz boost rais it agian no change i keep raising it till a cant go anyfurther still same speed and fps tho i dont see why but i do get the boost if i have it on normal then use k10 but it just stops improving is all i was thinking of using gameboosters diognostics and posting it somewhere not sure if this is the appropriate forum/site any ideas? well ima put the .txt file in the atachments if its relevant to anybody and thanks for the replies

I don't know what to tell you, your overclock must not be getting applied somehow. If I raise my clock speed 100mhz, I notice a difference. If I raise it 900mhz, I notice a huge improvement.
I agree with SS, sounds like your computer is reporting an overclock, but not actually doing it. It's been said before, but there's no way your temps should be that low. Out of curiosity, what does CPU-Z report as your speed?
i see i guess this would mean im bieng restricted somehow well what to do..hmm i must learn more about my computer ima have to set goolgle in overdrive hopefully someone that knows about this see this i will not give up youre replies are VERY much Appreciated
Like Shonumi said, check with CPU-Z before you do anything else.

I don't think he could get 13-30 FPS with 2.1GHz CPU but 5-15 FPS . The Last Story is very demanding , especially when he enter Ruli city .
Let me guess :
_2.0GHz = X FPS
_3.0GHz = 1X FPS
_4.0Ghz = 2X FPS
Although it showed 4.7GHz , i think it would stay around 3.0GHz

I thought his CPU stock clock was 2.8GHz. lol, at 2.1GHz, it'd be painful even trying to play The Last Story. :p Still, there's a lot that doesn't make much sense, and we can only guess until the OP gives us more info.
Edit: nvm, I misread his signature and his posts. It might be overclocking some, but to 4.7GHz is just something I can't believe. Not with those low temps.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_Fusion_microprocessors#Lynx_.282011.29
-4 cores
-2.1GHz with turbocore up to 2.4GHz
-4 x 1MB private L2 cache
-husky cores (basically stars cores manufactured at 32nm with turbocore and a slightly improved hardware prefetcher)
-HD 6530D IGP
HD 6530D specs:
-redwood class, vliw5
-320 stream processors
-16 texture management units
-8 render output units
-443 MHz clock rate
It's basically equivalent to a low end core 2 quad with a similar clock rate with an IGP that is faster than a 5450 but slower than a 5550. AMD names the fusion IGPs 6xxxD even though they use the same architecture as the 5000 series graphics cards, not the 6000 series. Likewise the 7000D series IGPs in the next generation of APUs use the same architecture as the 6000 series graphics cards. Because apparently their numbering system wasn't confusing enough.
And yeah husky cores can't get anywhere near 4.7GHz even with top of the line cooling systems.
ok im back so then my pc is limited then? its really not reaching that wonderful GHz. it shows it but doesnt really do it i guess
then i guess my next step would b into better aiding pc performance is.. im stumped actually if theres something i could please tell me if not well.. thanks u guys are awsome as usuall
i took the pic of cpu-z for those who wanted to see it
