I am sure a lot of users would welcome any option to fix this issue.
Even if it did mean game would need half an hour to start for the first time Smile
Option should be optional and disabled by default,to avoid noobs issues you mentioned.
Like I said, it's possible to implement but I have no interest in doing it because it would mean a considerable amount of wasted time for me.
