Technically, nothing is broken, so we can't fix it fully short of designing our own bluetooth dongle, drivers and bluetooth stack, which is a hell of a lot of work for something which can be worked around.

i tried installing toshiba stack but when i try to pair with dolphin it says that only microsoft stack is supported
