Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi!!! i am new in the forums, i bought a laptop hp pavilion m6 with this specs:

AMD A10-4600M (2.3GHz up to 3.2GHz with turbo core)
AMD Radeon HD 7660G (up to 3060MB available)
DDR3 SDRAM 6GB

so i want to know if i will be able to play on dolphin games like all the games of The legend of zelda, mario galaxy, etc. it does not matter if they are in low graphics but with good speed and good FPS.

what can you tell me about this laptop? and what advices can you give me to have a good experince with this laptop running on dolphin?

Mario Galaxy: Now way, Core i5-3570k @ 4.2Ghz is needed to run this game @ fullspeed (with LLE)

Depends on what "good speed" means for you. Anyway you'll get "decent" speed but not full speed. Above all in SMG 1/2 and Zelda TP/SS

decent is 80% more or less, so do you think is good speed and the amd A10 runs with this speed without overclocking? or it is necessary to overclock my cpu to have a decent experience.
if the cpu is overclocked at what speed and how many FPS will i be able to play for example zelda twilight princess (Wii) or Super smash bros?

Without overclocking , most game will run slow . Demanding games are not playable at all
3.0GHz should be fine . Do at your own risk
