Hello, I am fairly new to this emulator as I just started using it yesterday.
I am having the speed reduse when I am in Hyrule Field and the Goron Mine. I have that ZTP hack checked in game properties, but it does not change anything.
What will help with this speed problem? It's is very annoying. I wouldn't mind much, but it happens in the Goron Mine and it will be annoying doing a dungeon with 60% speed.
Thank you.
1) Specs?
2) Full settings?

Check my profile for specs.
What settings do you need to know exactly?
Anything in graphics and Config > General & DSP
I think that processor is pretty good for this game, and as long as your using the NVidia card it should be fine there too.
Also a separate suggestion, use the official 3.0 release; it's much faster and more stable.
EDIT: download Realtemp as well and check your temps while playing the game as well as the listed speed; TP [Wii] was too much for my computer and it would throttle.

...you are on Windows, why are you using OpenGL 0_o
Anyway, your settings are fine, just check with Realtemp.
Yeah, check your temps with RealTemp or CoreTemp.
btw: Your CPU is in my opinion not strong enough, 60% speed is for your CPU normal.

Yes 60-70% speed is a good performance.
@Kiyuubi : These speed drops are normal. These parts of the game (above all Hyrule Field) are usually "slow"
A(n) (overclocked) Core i5-3570k is needed.
I just know that on my Mac (in Windows) the drops were larger than expected because the increase in CPU load increased my temperatures and caused throttling.
