You have the 2600k? In the first post, you wrote, that you have the 2600 (without "k")... What's right now??

Sorry I left out the k in the first post I'm not very computer savy and didn't realize the k was so important. It's for sure the k I looked at the box.
If this is "k" version don't hesitate and overclock.
Or what's the use of getting a "k" processor? Big Grin
I'm just not sure how to yet and don't want to ruin it. The only reason I got it is that the deal was to good to pass up i7 2600k + asus Extreme mother board for $300. Trust me this stuff is more than I'll need except for running dolphin i guess. I was hoping not to over lock but you make a good point if that's what's it's made for then do it lol. Any ideas as far as how high I should go but still be on the safe side?
I have this game; I'll try playing it on my Mac (i7 2570 @ 2.8 GHz essentially) and my desktop (i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz).

4.4 or 4.5GHz are enough.

Use LLE though as you already did.

Thanks for the reply. I copied that thread to a tee except have lle checked. That's why I'm wondering if I'm trying a tough game or if I'm suppose to over lock my CPU. I'll try another game. I just assumed with the i7 it would run any emulator and has except GameCube but I'm not giving up on it lol.

If you copied settings from that thread to a tee except having lle checked then you made a mistake.
When running lle you also need to enable "lle on thread"
