afaik they didn't with 2.0, not sure about 3.0
The source for the 3.0 official release is just whatever commit was tagged as 3.0. It wasn't anything different than the master build at the time.

they said they're going to move it, not start something new, so i guess they'll stick with mybb
Same software for forums and wiki like we use currently. Bscly these things won't really be affected in any way by the change.
Unfortunately, as it stands right now the wiki accounts will be lost. All of the history will be kept though, so I hope people won't mind.
