I recently purchased an external LG GDR-8082n drive but can't get the drive to read any wii or gc discs. It registers that a disc is inserted but can't read it and says "windows can't access this disc." and since the drive can't read the disc, rawdump doesn't find anything. From what I've read this type of drive and firmware should work, albeit slowly, but I can't figure it out. If anyone knows anything about this and how to get it working I'd appreciate the help.
If there's any more information you need about the drive let me know. I wasn't sure what all would be necessary to include. Thanks.
