I'd like to note that the bundle does NOT support i5 3000 series processors.

The best you could get is the I5 2500k.

Do you mean on the site you gave me? if so then yeah it has i think 3 choices for an i5 3000 processor. i saved one where i chose the 3570k.
If you want i5 3570k build , you'll need to save up 700 to 800$
Using the same build wolf gave me earlier, it came to 614.94. (of course i switched to 3570k.) and thats with 100.00 for windows 7. a bit more then i was willing to pay, but i may just save up a bit or just sell my dust collecting PS3 lol. i wont need to upgrade for quite some time so that would be a big plus
i5 3570k + Z77 mobo ?
Btw, i5 3570k is a high-end desktop CPU + Nvidia GT 630 . You'll need 450-500W 80Plus Power Supply

No, H61.

Correction!
You might be able to use the 3570k, but I'm not sure and that's a bit of a risk.
But it is faster than the I5 2500k, which is guaranteed to work, but may be a little bit slower.

It comes with a 580w PSU.
A cheap one, but still, 580w.
so i could get that bundle like that? would it be fine?

Indeed.
Should be faster than what I have.
Let me calculate it for you :
600W noname power supply : 600(logical) x 50% efficiency = 300W (real usage)
450W 80+ power supply : 450W x 80% efficiency = 360W
-> 450W 80 plus win

GT 630 = GT 440.
Should be fine.
