After a long search I finally found out that my windows is working on 86 bits! So it was just a matter of time before I could find a Dolphin that should work on my PC. When I did find a working Dolphin another problem appears. It wont start the game!!
When I start the game these are the following massages that keep popping out:
PANIC!
DynamicLibrary : Missing filename
PANIC!
Failed to load PAD plugin
PANIC!
Couldn't init the core.
Check your configuration.
The game I am trying to play is CAPCOM VS. SNK 2 EO (281.3 MB).And it wont work. Please help!
Update your DirectX9 and install latest VC++ Redistributable
you sure you installed those 2 things? (and rebooted if you really have to)
also your 32 bit. Your thinking of x86 there the same hing

I am missing msvcr71.dll now! Where can I get it?

msvcr71.dll is afaik a part of the VC++ Redistributable
so if you installed that you should have everything working (even on latest if you updated directx too )
Breaking news from the front (I declared war against my emulator)!!! XD
A new message has appeared which says:
PANIC
Could not get info about plugin Plugins\msvcr.dll
Daco sorry but I did all as you said. After I was finished with installing every single thing this little message came up. And one more thing. When I click on the roms 2x they start and block the emulator. I don't have any ideas what so ever as what to do. Please tell me that I am not a hopeless cause. Thanks for the help so far guys!

I reinstalled directx and now I can see a Booting window!! XD
Same message keeps on appearing when I start the Dolphin, tough! But it still freezes!
What is my next step General? I am waiting on your orders, sir!
lol, you placed the dll in the plugins folder, thats not what should be done
but ok, what does the massages say?

Now the message does not appear in the beginning, sir!
But when I click to play the rom only "Booting..." window appears and the emulator freezes!
