Mmmm...

Not a very good graphics card, but yes, it definitely could.
That processor is much faster than the E5700, despite the lower clock rate.

Considering the only power supply listed was a 500 watt model and none of the ebay models had PSU specs listed. I must be missing something but I don't understand what was going on on page 6 at all.

I thought we had already come to the conclusion that he was going to reuse his GT 440 GDDR5 edition which should work in just about any OEM machine.
