I live in Canada and i am on a budget.This computer is the only one i can afford at the moment and was wondering if it will be able to run dolphin(for gamecube games).My son is always on the gamecube with his friend's and i am trying to play through all my Zelda and metroid titles but he always wins the battle hahah.

Yeah, better. But the i5-3570 is not overclockable. You need a PC with a Z77 MoBo and a Core i5-3570k. The "k" stands for "overclock". Besides, the GPU is weak.
