YAY!!! Yes it is a p67 I was confused about both models, I just saw it in the box itself <3!!!!!!!!!!! Will buy the cooling system then.

Also, the GT240 DDR3 will be enough to SMG and most dolphin games? in 720p res ofc.

Yeah, because my p8h67-m pro doesn't overclock my I5 at all.Sad

GT 240 should do 2x native for most games, and 2.5x native for a few, so yes, 720p should do fine.

Also would like to know if overclocking the multiplier until I've a stable overclock w/ cooling, but not touching the Vcore, would this damage my CPU?.
No but if you overclock too high without raising the vcore it will become unstable. Just don't leave the vcore on auto whatever you do.
Huum.. okay, now what vCore should I set to 4.0 ghz or maybe 3.8 ghz?
