You should be able to run the game on stock @ 100%, albeit not constantly.
Overclocking will definitely help.

How cheap?
It's decent, but depending on the price, you might be able to snatch something better.
What budget do you have for a cooler anyways?
It'd also help if you listed what coolers are available there. (linking is also alright, as long as there's an english translation)
I used a currency change (xe.com), and I can only use 162$ for a cooling system (I seriously want to be allowed to play SMG in 100% speed, and mario kart wii 100% speed in 2 player mode

, i've over 2 years watching videos on YouTube xD)
ALso, will the overclock damage my CPU in the current system I've?.
162$? More than enough for a very good air cooler. Get a cooler from Noctua, they're really excellent.

You got the 2500K rig, right?
I wouldn't recommend overclocking with the stock cooler. (It can be done... but don't. Seriously.)
There are just very very few (used) Noctua used cooling systems. Any other recommendation, like by model maybe¿?.
I've been reading, that the motherboard; P8H67-M wont work for overclocking the i5-2500k, is it true???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have that motherboard, and it is indeed true.

Its a h67 chipset motherboard. What do you expect?
As said several times before, get a P67/z77 motherboard.
