What options should i have for MOM to have at least 30fps,80-100% speed because at the moment i have 15-20 fps with 40-50% speed.
Your CPU is too slow for Metroid Other M , you should at least overclock to 3.5GHz
Then should i overclock it or?

The game run 50-60 FPS on my E5300 @ 3.6GHz - Dolphin r6xxx (1.5 year ago)
I don't know how it run on latest dolphin because i'm using a laptop right now
