Since we're talking about this hack you can make this poll. Just rename the thread as "No audio in Wind Waker = Item Hang issue?" or something like that. And make a poll as "Is Item Hang still useless for you?" or something else
Try using 3.0-161... Recent revisions work fine but I get more audio issues on recent than on 3.0-161. Take a look at issue 4940 (is fixed but apparently not)
