when i try to play any game i get this error

(cant create open gl renderer. you might be missing some required open gl extensions. Check the logs for more info)

heres my system specs

Vista Home Premium (sp1) 32 bit
Dell inspiron 1525
3 gb ram
intel core 2 duo T5750 (2.1ghz each)
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 open gl compatable

(ALL DRIVERS ARE UPDATED AND YES I DID ROLLBACK AND REINSTALL SOME NOTHING WORKED)


its pretty much a new computer

and heres what ive done
of course rollback & reinstallation
update my dx9 then when that didn't work reinstalled it
tried previous versions of dolphin
replaced plugins
tried different games

is my laptop not compatable i just bought it two days ago???????

ohh yeah forgot to say but my dx9 plugin isnt under the graphics drop list so i have no option but openGL

If you read the Dolphin Requirements, it'll list your type of card as a bad video card. Intel made video cards has poor OpenGL support. Try using Direct3D9 plugin, else buy a real video card.
Also make sure all runtime libs are updated and you have the DLL cgD3D.dll in dolphin folder.
