is my pc good enough to run dolphin emulator & the game "Mario Sunshine" ?

computer specs :
CPU : AMD A4-3400 (2.7Ghz)
Memory: 4gb ram
HDD: 1TB
Graphics : AMD RAEDON HD6410D

no one will be able to tell you if you have a x64 OS, you have to find that out your self in the control panel.

It says he has 64-bit on his profile

Well, very few 32 bit OSs come with 4GB of RAM and since its already listed in his profile, i doubt thats his main question

by good enough I mean like will it run without lag ? like normal gamecube consoles .

Your CPU is not really powerful. But you could try to overclock it, this will help in most cases.
