Oh dear god, please don't try running an emulator on an apple crapbook

those pieces of shit don't have an adequate thermal distribution medium to cool a high load cpu and gpu that are attached to the same heatpipe.

Well, the older Macbook Pros have a bad thermal system, yeah. In contrast to the Macbook Pro Retina which has a good system Wink If i got my Macbook Pro Retina, I can do some benchmarks with Dolphin. I'm pretty sure, that Dolphin would run great.
I'm pretty sure it wouldn't :3

Just wait and see Wink
"They'll fix it this time"
"They'll fix it this time"
"They'll fix it this time"
"They'll fix it this time"

I've been hearing that for 4+ years now from macbook owners.
@Squall Leonhart I don't have too much of a choice when I want to develop for iOS. I'm not willing to commit an illegal act and build a hackintosh that won't necessarily work.

This is the setup I will most likely get:

3570K + Z77 (I'll get it at Fry's, I can't find the link but they sell this for $260 after rebates
Cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
Rest I have

sounds good. I should be able to get $100 by the end of the year for a Wii U (with the 200$ I should have remaining).
