is dualcore option enabled ?
sometimes you can turn if of without knowing it (i had that sometimes)

im using old version i think because there no option things you said i dowloaded new version on this site but it gave error

The dual core option has been around for over 3 years now. Builds that would be old enough to not have it are not even available anymore.

Builds old enough to not have it won't be able to run this game at all or any other Wii game or anything but 5-10 GC games.

i solved. thanks for second message. but game is hard im at %71 and i cant find where to i go i m defeating all nintendo chars but i cant find some one (pikachu luigi etc)

Try turning off dual core and setting your graphics to "Direct3D11".
