Only if you disable 2 of the cores and/or overclock them to at least 4.0 ghz.
And even then, I'm not sure you'll see acceptable performance.

also im running twilight princess right now(the beginning) and its running fine at 3x 1440 x 900 texture cache to safe

at 30 fps ......so im a bit confused on why u think i would not be able to run it ^^

Read this thoroughly after you get a better cooling system. (If you don't already have one.)

If you don't like overclocking, hate to say it, you should have gotten an Intel Sandy Bridge/ Ivy Bridge processor.
i went if AMD bc i had a budget of 500$ at the time and they said that fx4100 was a great proccessor for gaming (minus the higher cores) and that more will come out for this other then phenom so it was better to go for this.(which didnt make much sense imo)

You should have gotten a Sandy Bridge pentium.

They have far better single/dual threaded performance, which Dolphin tries or dies by.
