Yo, try searching first before making a post. This is
a known issue. You'll need to hold the "B" button to select a Hz, you should choose 60.

well i did that then the game would freeze 10-50 seconds of game play
Post your Dolphin settings. Click on the Config button and look at the General tab. Also, click on the Graphics button and look at the General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs. Those are the most relevant ones; tell us what you have set.
* Set EFB Copies to Texture
* Set Framelimit to "Auto"
Did you try the official Dolphin 3.0 release?
