Hey all, I'm looking at some new laptops for college, and I would like to be able to use Dolphin while away (Gotta have some way to unwind!). I'm currently looking at an ASUS laptop, details below.
RAM: 8GB
CPU: Intel i7 (2.8 GHz) (Says something about having turbo boost to 3.1 GHz?)
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 3000
Not sure if it matters, but it runs Windows 7.
So my question is if I were to get this one would I get good support for Dolphin games? I'm hoping to get use of Wind Waker and Super Mario Sunshine (And hopefully even Twilight Princess?)

Thanks for any responses!

lol , it's not even called a "card" . It's IGP
Anyway , all Intel IGP are garbage

Which model?

Get a laptop with a discrete gpu.

So...? That doesn't entirely help me or answer my question...

Nvidia GT 630M , 640M , 650M ....
AMD 6650M ....
Okay, so my overall question, is would this particular laptop run what I'm looking for? I'm not in the best condition to buy whatever laptop I want, but if this one could run it, it would be perfect. So what do people think I could get for performance?
If you don't care about PC games then yeah

Well, it's mostly for college, but my question is SPECIFICALLY will I see any good performance with DOLPHIN with this build?
You'll be able to run a lot of games pretty well, but they'll look like crap without a decent GPU.
Like i said before , Intel HD 3000 is garbage , you should get Nvidia or AMD GPU instead
Intel HD 3000 will bottleneck that CPU in graphic demanding games such as Mario Galaxy , Skyward Sword , Zelda TP , Xenoblade ...
